Please read these terms of service carefully before using the TraceMapper service.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TraceMapper, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.

Service Description

TraceMapper is a network diagnostic tool that performs traceroute operations and displays the results on an interactive map. The service shows latency, packet loss, geolocation, and ASN information for each network hop.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use TraceMapper only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the service to conduct network attacks or unauthorized scanning
  • Attempt to overload the service with excessive requests
  • Use automated tools to access the service without prior authorization
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service

    • Service Limitations

    TraceMapper provides network diagnostic data on an "as is" basis. Results may vary depending on network conditions, and we do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy of geolocation data
  • The completeness of route information
  • Continuous or uninterrupted availability of the service

    • Intellectual Property

    All content, features, and functionality of TraceMapper, including but not limited to design, code, text, and graphics, are owned by TraceMapper and protected by intellectual property laws.

    Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraceMapper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the service.

    Modifications

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the site.

    Governing Law

    These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes arising from the use of this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
